AGE CATEGORIES
Individual:  19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49,
50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+ (males and females)
Relay Teams: Two or three person teams—Male (all male members),
Female (all female members) and
Coed (combination male & female members)
You cannot participate in both individual and team competitions.
PACKET PICKUP
Friday, May 14 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Park Rapids High School
OR
Saturday, May 15 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
A SPAGHETTI DINNER will be served on Friday, May 14.
It will be served at the Park Rapids High School along with the
packet pick-up, and the cost is a free will donation.
